Kuljit received his Bachelor of Science from UBC. He brings the knowledge of analytical and statistical skills into the mortgage industry. After graduation, he started his career at JP Morgan Chase Bank, and became very successful. He found himself advancing in the company, all the way to upper management positions. Eventually, he realized he wanted to do more. Purchasing a home, and all that comes with it, is a big milestone for many people. It was something Kuljit knew he wanted to be a part of. With great experience in the financial industry, Kuljit decided that his path would lead him to become a mortgage broker.

Kuljit joined the mortgage industry in 2010 with a drive to help people transition smoothly into new chapters of their lives. Developing trusting relationships with each of his clients is the foundation of his professional beliefs. He makes it a priority to ensure complete satisfaction of all his clients. Plus, he access to 40 different lenders! Kuljit is proud to be part of the 2020 finalist for BC Brokerage of the Year.

In his personal life, Kuljit loves hockey, and in his spare time he volunteers as the coach for his son’s team. His time as coach for the Surrey Thunder Minor Hockey has allowed him to build and develop his team’s skill, and love for the sport. He enjoys working with kids and keeping up their self-esteem.
